The best pillow for you is also one that is less than two years old. Why less than two years? Because of the amount of body oil, skin cells, allergens and other less than cozy sounding things (like dust mites) that accumulate in pillows (which can cause health issues & allergic reactions). A 10oz pillow will double its weight in only 3 years due to this buildup!

*Be sure to wash your pillowcases weekly and your pillow every 3-6 months to reduce the amount of buildup and extend its lifespan.
