We’ve added fresh talent
Momentum Physical Therapy is proud to introduce Alicia Clements. She recently graduated with a degree in Health Science and Communication, a perfect fit for the Momentum Team! We wanted to help you get to know Alicia a little more as you will soon be meeting her when you walk in the door. Please join me in welcoming her to the Momentum family.
Where did you grow up?
Grants Pass, Oregon
Tell us a little about your family.
I’ve been married to my husband Trevor for almost 5 years. We have two kids (3 and 1). My husband is absolutely amazing and knows what I need before I do. My kids are crazy and wonderful. My daughter started Preschool this year and absolutely loves it. She is very independent and strong willed. My son just barely turned one and he is a little bubble of joy. He loves wrestling with his sister and eating food.
What’s a recent goal you’ve achieved and what’s another goal you have for the future?
I graduated in December with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a minor in Communication Studies. It feels so good! My next goal is to learn American Sign Language.
What do you like to do when you have free time?
On the rare occasions that I have free time I love to sew, go on walks with my husband (sometimes we bring the kids along), and read. (I’m always looking for new books to read, so if you have any suggestions email me!)
You exude happiness and a caring nature. Where do you think that comes from?
I just really love helping people. I like to see everybody happy and enjoying life. We all have struggles and difficulties in our lives, but I like to help people find the joy.
What attracted you to working in healthcare, and at Momentum Physical Therapy specifically?
This goes back to my desire to help people and working in healthcare is one of the best ways I know how (plus the human body is absolutely amazing). I knew the first time I talked with Amy that I wanted to work at Momentum Physical Therapy. Her goals and her vision for the care she wants to provide is everything that I think healthcare needs. Amy looks at the big picture and sees the whole person, not just the injury. That’s exactly what I want to do too.
We are so excited for Alicia to bring her passion for helping people to Momentum Physical Therapy. So, be sure to say hello when you come in and don’t be surprised if she’s returning your emails, texts, or phone calls. I’m certain the addition of Alicia will make your experience with us even more exceptional.
