Please join us in congratulating senior faculty member, Dr. Joe Farrell, for being selected as a 2015 Catherine Worthingham Fellow (FAPTA) by the American Physical Therapy Association!

The FAPTA designation is the highest honor conferred by the APTA, recognizing individuals for professional excellence and making a profound impact in advancing the profession. Dr. Farrell’s influence in the profession as a clinician, teacher, researcher and advocate spans over 35 years. He is recognized as one of the pioneers of evidence-based treatment in orthopedics and manual therapy in the U.S. and played a critical role in the development and promotion of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy (AAOMPT), where he was a founding fellow and first president. He has been on faculty at the Kaiser Hayward PT Fellowship faculty since 1984 and runs his own successful private practice.
